Bombers Bit BC45 Curbgag

The Bombers Bit BC45 Curbgag uses the concept of a Rope gag. However, instead of applying poll pressure, it is used to apply curb pressure from the second/bottom rein. Although poll pressure is not totally removed as there is a similar action to the Ring or Drop Cheek on the bit/top rein.

The Bombers Control Plate is set at 45° to follow the contour of the horses tongue. Consequently, a horse who uses his tongue as a means of pushing against the bit and therefore taking control, will draw back and tuck his chin in, coming back to a better point of control.

Attention: Please note this bit must be used with two reins.
