The original German hackamore manufactured by Stephens leatherwork for over 20 years. Hand made in England using premium English leather.

Arm lengths 15cm or 20cm.

— 20cm lever can be used in conjunction with a bit.

• A hackamore is in principle a tool for bitless riding, but can also be used in combination with a bit.
• A Hackamore works by pressure on the nose by means of a lever action, which depends on the length of the shanks and the type of noseband.
• A hackamore can be quite sharp due to the leverage of the shanks, the type of noseband and the action of the chin strap or curb chain type.
• The hackamore is not suitable for inexperienced rider or horse.
