The Stephens Big Ring Gag Snaffle is handmade with a smooth, single-jointed iron mouthpiece, copper lines and large stainless steel gag rings. The conventional jointed mouthpiece provides an even feel, while the gag action offers additional lift and control when required.

Iron and copper are often chosen to encourage mouthing and salivation. The iron mouthpiece will naturally darken and develop surface oxidation with use.
