Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue store and either telephone us or drop us an email. You have to esablish an account with us, which will start off as a Proforma Account, you will receive an invoice which is payable before the goods leave us.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this and your options as soon as possible. You will not be charged if goods are unavailable.
We have a Price List in UK £ and € Euros. Please contact us for prices. All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and goods are sold under English Law.
Whilst we endeavour to provide accurate prices and descriptions, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. All purchases within the UK and EU are inclusive of VAT @ 20.00%.
Outside of this area are VAT free.
We accept credit/debit card payment from Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Maestro (UK issued only), Delta, Solo and Electron. Payments are made in pounds sterling, exchange rates are made at our credit card processing bank’s prevailing rate at the time the payment is taken from your card. We also accept payment by cleared cheque. For bank transfer, please contact us for details. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
A charge of £6.50 (excluding vat) up to 30 kg in one box will be made for carriage within England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands. A surcharge will apply to consignments above 30 kgs – we will advise you of the cost by email prior to processing your order. We will endeavour to find the best and most economical shipping price for you.
International we will send with DHL COURIERS by Economy (road) or Express (air). We will advise you by email of the most competitive delivery charge prior to processing your order. Minimum charge of £18.00 (excluding VAT) for up to 30kgs. Remote Area
Europe we will send with DHL COURIERS by Economy Delivery (road). A minimum charge of £15.00 (excluding vat) up to 30 kg will be made for carriage within the EU and most of Europe. A surcharge will apply to consignments above 30 kgs – we will advise you of the cost by email prior to processing your order. We will endeavour to find the best and most economical shipping price for you.

Equine Management Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns authorisation must be obtained by Stephen Biddlecombe before goods are returned for any reason whatsoever to identify a genuine fault before a refund will be given.
All products returned under complaint must be clean and dry (Health & Safety Act). A copy of the sales invoice must be included. We will replace any defective item with an identical one whenever possible. If the item you bought is obsolete or non-replaceable you will be offered an exchange option or a refund. Equine Management Limited is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for returned goods damaged due to improper packing on return.
If you are returning items from outside the UK, please mark clearly on the packaging and the Customs Declaration that you are returning the goods to the retailer/manufacturer. This should normally help to ensure further Customs charges are not incurred. Any Customs charges and/or Postal charges incurred through a failure to follow the above returns procedure and/or providing adequate postage will be deducted from your refund.
